Our mentorship program is designed to give each team member an opportunity to learn and develop with the guidance of a senior mentor within the company. The mentor provides support to the team member in all aspects including career progression and personal matters.
Our training program provides each team member with the opportunity to set professional development goals and participate in regular training days to build their capabilities, learn about new technologies and support them in their career progression.
Our annual performance and professional development review program appraises individual team members' current roles and progress. The program focuses on helping team members to be challenged and satisfied at work and to set their future goals.
