Manual submission of expense claims can be a tedious task. Expense forms and receipts get lost and reimbursed late, and paper copies have to be stored on file for years.

Users can easily create expense claims, categorise expenses and attach receipts where necessary. On submission, the claim is automatically passed to designated managers for approval and can be escalated up the approval chain where the claim exceeds a certain value.

The end user can keep up to date through-out the process via a user dashboard. At the click of a button the user can see the status of the claim, and can also view other claims in progress, approved claims, rejected claims and claims that have been reimbursed.
