Help and support

Myriad Technologies offers managed service partnerships to all clients, aimed at providing an extension to the client's internal technical support capability for SharePoint. The support arrangements provide a tiered level of support which enables you to appropriately match your requirements to a level of responsiveness, support hours and level. Four tiers are available from Bronze, with next business day response, through to Platinum which carries a two hour response. All tiers have the assurance of a senior technical specialist responding within the service agreement time.
